First visit here, and I couldn't have timed it better — or worse! Two days after a heavy leg day and fresh off a hard bike ride this morning, my legs were well and truly beaten up by the time I arrived. I was a little apprehensive given how sore I was, but any concern quickly faded.

The massage was exactly what I needed. Yes, there were a few moments where it was uncomfortable — that's the nature of deep work on tired muscles — but the therapist worked through it brilliantly, and before long the aching had eased significantly. I left feeling genuinely rejuvenated.

I'll definitely be back, ideally before I put my legs through quite so much punishment next time!

I have had a couple of massages with Jane and they have been amazing. I have a tight back and knots around the shoulder blades and she has really helped relieve the pain. Jane has a very unique style that I have not experienced before that really target's the pain points and it's very soothing, and she listen's to where the pain points actually are. I feel much better and rejuvenated when I leave. Jane is very friendly and it's a relaxed environment. I will defintely be back for more treatments and can totally recommend. Thank you :)

I recently tried Darlington Thai Massage and honestly, it exceeded my expectations 😍

I originally went in because of shoulder pain from sitting at work for too long, but after the Thai massage, I felt so much lighter—like my body had been reset 😂 The therapist really knew what they were doing, hitting all the right pressure points. They also asked about my preferred pressure beforehand, which I really appreciated.

The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing—not busy or noisy at all. Perfect if you just want to properly unwind.

If you struggle with back pain, neck tension, or office syndrome, I’d definitely recommend it 👍 But if you don’t like strong pressure, make sure to let them know first—they really go deep 😅
