First visit here, and I couldn't have timed it better — or worse! Two days after a heavy leg day and fresh off a hard bike ride this morning, my legs were well and truly beaten up by the time I arrived. I was a little apprehensive given how sore I was, but any concern quickly faded.

The massage was exactly what I needed. Yes, there were a few moments where it was uncomfortable — that's the nature of deep work on tired muscles — but the therapist worked through it brilliantly, and before long the aching had eased significantly. I left feeling genuinely rejuvenated.

I'll definitely be back, ideally before I put my legs through quite so much punishment next time!
